1. According to the design, determine the range of carbon fiber paste for substrate treatment
(1) Remove the incomplete, damaged and carbonized layer on the surface of the concrete component to reach a dense structure. Check whether the exposed steel bars are corroded and perform necessary treatments. Repair and restore the broken parts of the components that have been chipped, cleaned and exposed;
(2) Crack repair. Cracks with a seam width of less than 0.2mm should be sealed with epoxy resin; cracks larger than 0.2mm should be filled with epoxy resin;
(3) Polish the protruding parts of the surface of the component (differences in the template, etc.) to be smooth and smooth as possible. Use a grinder to grind the edges and corners into rounded corners with a radius greater than 30mm;
(4) Clean the polished surface of the component and make it fully dry.
