(1) In order to prevent the carbon fiber from being damaged, it is strictly forbidden to be bent during the transportation, storage, cutting and pasting of the carbon fiber;
(2) The carbon fiber joints must be overlapped by more than 10cm, and there is no need for crosswise overlap;
(3) Mix the resin main agent and curing agent according to the specified ratio, and apply the bonding resin evenly with a roller brush, which is called undercoat;
(4) When attaching carbon fiber, try not to have air between the carbon fiber sheet and the resin. Roller can be used to roll the carbon fiber along the fiber direction to make the resin penetrate into the carbon fiber.
