Combination Of Carbon Fiber And New Energy

1. Carbon fiber + wind power

 

Many studies at home and abroad have shown that carbon fiber reinforced composites can give play to the advantages of high elasticity and light weight in large wind turbine blades. The application of new materials is conducive to improving the added value of the industry and further improving the market competitiveness of products. At present, carbon fiber roller has made a comprehensive breakthrough in the field of lithium battery manufacturing. Although they are not as widely used as carbon fiber composites, their application in some key parts is also gradually promoted, such as using carbon fiber composites to make silicon wafer supports. In the production of photovoltaic cells, the lighter the scraping film is, the easier it is to be refined, and a good screen printing effect plays a positive role in improving the conversion effect of photovoltaic cells. It can also operate normally at a low temperature of minus 30 degrees. This time, all the materials, components and systems of hydrogen energy vehicles are domestic and autonomous. After the electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, the product released is 100% pure water. Compared with traditional vehicles, the energy conversion rate of hydrogen energy battery is as high as 60% - 80%, which is 2-3 times that of internal combustion engine. Hydrogen is produced from wind power and photovoltaic renewable energy. It is taken from nature and returned to nature, truly realizing zero carbon emission.
