When there is a reliable basis, carbon fiber sheets can also be used for reinforcement of ten other forms and other stress conditions of concrete structural members; when using bonded carbon fiber sheets to reinforce the concrete structure, the limit based on probability theory should be adopted according to the current relevant national standards.
