Paste the carbon fiber sheet: apply the prepared impregnating resin evenly to the part to be pasted, and use a rubber roller to roll it along the fiber direction several times to squeeze out bubbles, so that the impregnating resin can fully penetrate the carbon fiber cloth, and the carbon fiber cloth shall not be damaged during rolling.
Multi-layer pasting repeat the above steps, and the next layer can be pasted when the fiber surface is dry. If it exceeds 60 minutes, wait 12 hours before applying the adhesive to paste the next layer. Apply impregnating resin evenly on the surface of the last layer of carbon fiber cloth, and perform surface protection and appearance treatment if necessary.
