Carbon fiber surface mat is made of PAN-based carbon fiber with short cutting length of 4-6 mm, The carbon content of the fiber is more than or equal to 96%, and the polypropylene binder content in the carbon fiber surface mat is 6-8%.

Because of its excellent acid-base corrosion resistance, carbon fiber surface mat is widely used in various corrosion-resistant scenarios with strict requirements, such as hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hypochlorous acid and strong alkali.

Because of its excellent conductivity, carbon fiber surface mat can be mostly applied in electrode, heating element, electrostatic precipitator, anti-static pipe and electronic shielding equipment, etc.
