Short Carbon fiber is produced to have a high bulk density value. Commonly compounded with general engineering thermoplastics (e.g., PC, Nylon, etc.) and high-temperature thermoplastic resins (e.g, PEEK, PEI, etc.), the resulting composite offers industry-leading high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. DOSHINE’s chopped fibers also distribute easily during compounding, thereby improving process and product performance.
It can be compounded into plastics/resins or portland cement to improve mechanical performances, abrasion characteristic, electric conductivity and heat resistance.
