Carbon fiber unidirectional fabric features graphite and a cloth thread securing it. Unidirectional is useful for areas requiring strength in only one direction.

It can also be overlapped at a +/- 45 degree angle for added strength. It is a strong, lightweight composite that can be used with polyester or epoxy.

The unidirectional fabric is usually in 12k carbon fiber tow. When high tension and/or strength is needed, the Uni directional weave is the best material for these applications.

UD Reinforcement Carbon Fiber Fabrics are high strength and excellent handing behavior, which have most application in construction reinforcement.
