Short cut carbon fiber is produced to have a high bulk density value. Commonly compounded with general engineering thermoplastics (e.g., PC, Nylon, etc.) and high-temperature thermoplastic resins (e.g, PEEK, PEI, etc.), the resulting composite offers industry-leading high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios. DOSHINE’s chopped fibers also distribute easily during compounding, thereby improving process and product performance.

Application

(1) Reinforce the modified plastics such as nylon (PA), polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), phenolic (PF), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyimide ( PI), etc.;

(2) Construction: reinforce the materials like cement, conductive coatings paint;
