Carbon Fiber Fabric Twill

Carbon  fiber cloth twill is made of carbon fiber by twill weaving. The carbon fibers we use contain high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios, carbon fabrics are thermally and electrically conductive and exhibit excellent fatigue resistance.

Twill woven fabric has a diagonal pattern with a certain angle with the fiber bundle arrangement direction. There is no fiber bundle in this pattern direction, but due to the warp and weft knitting process of fiber bundle, the warp or weft fiber bundle skips two weft or warp fiber bundles for weaving. That is to say, the weaving frequency of one up and down of fiber bundle decreases, the floating length of fiber bundle increases, and two adjacent fiber bundles stagger one braiding position. In this way, the oblique pattern of twill woven fabric is caused. This kind of twill appearance has a strong three-dimensional sense, which is used to make automobile modification products, such as panel, hood, exhaust pipe, etc.
