PAN-BASED CARBON FIBER TISSUE
The PAN-based Carbon fiber tissue is a thin ply of chopped strand of carbon fiber that are looped randomly throughout the roll of the material. The carbon fiber strands are held together with a light binder.
The non-woven construction allows a resin-rich surface that increases chemical stability and reduces the risk of micro-cracks forming in the composite surface. Carbon veils can also be used for grounding a composite structure, minimising the build-up of static electricity that could prove dangerous when in contact with explosive liquids and gases.
Application
1. Carbon fiber reinforced plastics Cfm changes the inner and outer surfaces of various CFRPs to hide the gauze texture. Its softness makes it cling to the surface of molded products with complex shapes, and gives CFRP a smooth and flat surface. 2. Chemical containers and filtration Cfm is applicable to pipes, tanks, tanks and seawater corrosion resistant to various concentrated acid and alkali corrosion. It can also be used to filter corrosive gases or liquids. 3. Fuel cells and electronic components Cfm is conductive and is an ideal material for manufacturing fuel cells and heating elements. 4. Electronic instrument housing The prepreg is made of CFM with large gram weight, which is used to mold the shell of electronic equipment. It has thin wall and light body, has high strength and stiffness, anti creep, and also has the function of comprehensive anti electromagnetic wave interference and anti RF interference 5. Electric field Decorating the electronic device area with CFM can obtain electromagnetic or RF shielding; Multiple effects of electrostatic protection, and can be used for satellite reflector.
